The Glenkirk Choir is a large vocal ensemble—a group of volunteers who enjoy singing together. Membership consists largely, but not exclusively, of members of Glenkirk Church. The purpose of the organization is to provide inspiration to the choir members, assist in worship leadership, and to foster greater outreach to the community at large.
Weekly rehearsals are held in the Choir Room (behind the Worship Center) on Wednesday nights from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The choir season starts in September and goes into June. During that span, the Choir is typically called upon twice monthly to participate the both the 9:00 and the 10:45 Sunday mornings services. Other notable engagements are Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday.
