ADULT PROGRAM SERVICES

• Small Group leaders to facilitate meetings

• Answer phones, direct calls, and direct people at the front desk

Women’s Ministry

GWBS (Glenkirk Women’s Bible Study)

• Snack table set up and clean up

• Greeters the month of September through May

• Worship music

• Piano player

• Sound and equipment set up

CAMEO - Come And Meet Each Other (fellowship for women)

• Teach a craft or hobby

• Prepare snacks

• Set up and clean up

WOMEN’S REFRESH (Women's Weekend Retreat)

Prepare for the Weekend:

• Bulk mail preparation

• Registration

• Planning activities

• Food

• Programs

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION (breakfast/lunch for women)

• Help with programs

• Mailers

• Registration 

G.A.L.S. - Get A Life Sisters (single, divorced & widowed women over 50) 

• Help at the GALS Patio table on Sundays

SINGLES WITH A MISSION (36+)

• Plan and host a Saturday activity

• Participate in planning the Christmas party

• Provide rides for others who are not able

seniors luncheons and dinners

• Set up or clean up for luncheon/dinner

• Launder tablecloths

• Provide rides to seniors

• Telephone Committee

• Cashier

• Program scheduling

SINGING SAINTS

• Sing at a retirement home monthly

• Pray during the service at the retirement home

COMPASSION IN ACTION

• Visit seniors in various nursing facilities

• Drive seniors to doctor’s appointments

• Drive seniors to Church

• Help with child care one Sunday a month

MEN’S MINISTRY

• Plan and/or organize a service project

• Set up or clean up after breakfast

• Cashier

CHILDREN’S MINISTRIES

• Sunday School classroom leader

• Small group leaders

• Greeters for Sunday mornings

HALLOWEEN FESTIVAL

• Volunteers to staff the game booths

• Hand out candy in the classrooms

• Supervise the inflatables 

OFFICE OF COMMUNITY CARE

FINANCIAL FREEDOM MINISTRY

• Budget counselors

WINTER HOMELESS SHELTER

• People to volunteer to do sign-ups on the patio

Community Care provides funding and encourages our members to serve outside our church through various ministries:  See Community Care page on web site for specifics.

EVANGELISM

• First-time visitor callers

• Evangelism team planners

• Connection Center hosts

• Community event greeters

USHERS AND GREETERS

• Ushers for all services 

FACILITIES

• Run computers or audio equipment for classroom presentations

• Help maintenance employees during the week
