AFRICA - KENYA

Glenkirk began sending teams to Kenya in 1999 in an effort to search out just where God was sending us as a congregation. A formal partnership was created between the Presbyterian Church of East Africa, Tumutumu Hospital in Karatina Kenya and Glenkirk Church in August 2002.  We continue to help support and visit Tumutumu Hospital and the Tumutumu School for Hearing Imparied Children.

ARIZONA

There are two trips annually to the Navajo Reservation in Chinle, Arizona.

July - This is a one week intergenerational mission team trip. They travel to present a one-week Vacation Bible School to the Navajo children and youth (pre-school through high school), as well as to provide a Women's Bible Study, to complete work projects for Trinity Presbyterian Church, and to visit the elderly residents of the Chinle Nursing Home. To financially support or pray for the team, please contact us.

December - This is a four day intergenerational mission team trip. They travel to give the Shepherd Tree Christmas gifts to the Navajo families as well as to the elderly residents of the Chinle Nursing Home. To financially support or pray for the team, please contact us.

Shepherd Tree - November/December (Campus Ministry) Provide a Christmas gift or gifts to a Navajo child in Chinle, Arizona, and/or to an elderly resident of the Chinle Nursing Home. Sign-ups to provide a gift or gifts will begin at our annual Living Christmas Market on the first Sunday in November. All gifts purchased are collected through December 10, then organized to be taken to Chinle the week before Christmas.

ECUADOR

Hug, hold, care for and play with the special children of the orphanages of  For His Children in Quito and Latacunga Ecuador. If working with children is not your gift, there will be opportunities to assist with work projects on the For His Children facilities.

INDIA

Through Glad Tidings India, we provide financial support to India Bible Literature in Chennai.  IBL has been bringing the gospel to un-reached people groups for over 50 years.  Founded by Dr. Bill Scott and his wife, Joyce, the mission of building God's kingdom in India is becoming a reality.

DONETSK- Donetsk Christian University (DCU).

WOMEN OF GLOBAL ACTION

Women empowering women all over the world. These mission trips allow team members and international women to build meaningful relationships with each other. Work with other women to transform families, churches and communities.
