Provide medical, nutritional & educational assistance to children living in poverty by a sponsorship with Compassion, International.
Compassion, International will provide child sponsorship packets for the Glenkirk congregation on Saturday, October 29 (in Lobby) and Sunday, October 30 (on patio).
This is your opportunity to help relieve the suffering of children living in poverty throughout the world. Every day millions of innocent young lives face hunger, disease, a lack of education, inadequate shelter, abuse and neglect. Your sponsorship will provide medical, nutritional and educational assistance to children who are living in a mountain of poverty. This mountain overpowers their daily lives and crushes their hope for the future.
Through Compassion’s ministry of one-to-one sponsorship, more than one million children are being given real help for today and hope for a bright future tomorrow. Most importantly, they are learning how much God loves them. It costs only $38 a month—a little more than $1 a day—to make a big difference in the life of a child in need.
