AWANA is a Bible-based youth program for kids three years old through the 5th grade. The three segments that make up a club evening are Handbook time, Game time and Council time. This unique program is a proven ministry tool that gets children involved in learning God’s word and developing a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ.
For families who want to see their children grow in their faith, we encourage them to begin attending our AWANA program on Wednesday nights during the school year. At AWANA, kids are encouraged to begin memorizing scripture, practice good sportsmanship through playing all sorts of crazy team-oriented games and hear engaging Bible stories with an emphasis on life-application.
AWANA is divided into 4 groups:
- Puggles: 2 years and younger (parents must remain on campus), Room 8, 6:30-7:30pm
- Cubbies: 3 and 4 year olds (preschool ages), Room 6, -6:30-7:30pm
- Sparks: kindergarten through second grade, Room 9, 6:30-8pm
- Truth & Training: third through fifth grade, Room 9, 6:30-8pm
Registration forms can be picked up from the church office on weekdays or in the children's ministry area on Sunday mornings.
