Glenkirk's Children Will Celebrate Mothers

Church Plans for Mother's Day

We are excited to announce that this year on Mother’s Day, May 11, the traditional Glenkirk Mother’s Day Cross of Flowers will be displayed on the patio before and after all Sunday morning services.

Children are invited to bring flowers and place them in a basket near the cross before going to their Sunday School calsses. When flowers are dropped off, children will be encouraged to pray for mothers around the world. After each church service, all women are invited to come take a picture in front of the cross of flowers with their loved ones to commemorate Mother’s Day.
